Auction Terms & Conditions · This real estate auction is being recorded. · You must register to bid. · The successful bidder/bidders will be required to sign the standard purchase agreement, WHICH IS AVAILABLE FOR REVIEW, and provide the auctioneer with a non-refundable earnest deposit check equal to 20% of the gross purchase price. 20% earnest deposit is required from successful online bidder within 24 hours of auction. Successful online bidder/purchaser shall meet with auctioneer within 24 hours of the auction's conclusion to remand earnest money deposit and execute purchase agreement. Earnest money deposit may be wired to auction company and purchase agreement executed remotely, via email. CONTACT AUCTIONEER PRIOR TO AUCTION FOR APPROVAL. A $250.00 online bidding convenience fee shall be added to winning bid to determine final purchase price. This is not a "buyer's premium."
